If it’s up the street, in Sydney, across Australia or around the world we can deliver the flowers for you!

WHO DO YOU USE?
We deliver locally ourselves and use the Interflora International network to get you great results.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER TO ENSURE SAME DELIVERY?
Monday to Friday: Same day delivery when orders placed by 9am.  If delivery is for the Sutherland or St George area the cut off time is by 2pm!!  We will do our best to do same day delivery for any orders placed after these time but it’s not always possible.

Saturday: Same day delivery when orders placed by 12am (AEST).  All orders placed after 12am (noon) on a Saturday will be processed on the next business day.

Sunday & Public Holidays:  Sorry, Sunday and Public Holiday delivery is NOT available.  Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A DELIVERY?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.

We treat funeral orders with the highest priority. Please provide the service time for any funeral service and we will ensure it arrives before the service time.  We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for any funeral service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SPECIAL PERSON IS NOT AT HOME?
If your special person is not home when the delivery is made the flowers will be left at the recipient front or back door if it is deemed safe to do so. Otherwise, a calling card will be left on their door or in their letterbox asking them to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

DO YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?
Please just ask us to call the recipient prior to delivery when placing your order.
